01 Boardroom AV
Turnkey boardrooms, huddle rooms and training spaces.
A good meeting room disappears: people walk in, tap once, and the meeting starts with everyone visible and audible. Getting there means designing audio, video, control and acoustics together, around how your teams actually meet — hybrid reviews, client presentations, board meetings or all-hands sessions.
We deliver complete rooms: certified Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms systems, or bring-your-own-device setups; cameras with speaker tracking and auto-framing; ceiling microphone arrays; 4K and interactive displays; QSC digital signal processing; and simple wall or table controllers.
For Hyderabad offices with glass partitions and exposed ceilings, we add acoustic treatment so remote participants hear people rather than the room.
02 System design
Audio first. Then video. Then control.
E1 Ceiling beamforming microphone arrays Clean tables · steerable pickup
Beamforming arrays in the ceiling steer pickup lobes toward each seat and ignore HVAC and projector noise, keeping tables clear of cables and puck microphones. Coverage is planned per seat and verified in the room.
E2 DSP, echo cancellation and speakers QSC processing · ceiling speakers
A digital signal processor handles acoustic echo cancellation, automatic gain, noise reduction and microphone mixing, then drives ceiling speakers that cover the room evenly at modest volume. The far end hears a natural, consistent voice.
E3 Cameras and displays Auto-framing · dual displays · interactive
Cameras with auto-framing or speaker tracking keep the active talker in view. Display size follows the farthest seat; larger boardrooms get dual displays (people and content) or an interactive 4K display for whiteboarding.
E4 Room acoustics Target RT60 ≈ 0.4–0.6 s
Glass, gypsum and hard flooring make meeting rooms ring. Fabric panels, acoustic ceiling tiles and carpet bring reverberation down to a range where microphones capture speech cleanly, typically 0.4–0.6 seconds depending on room size.
E5 Control and support One-touch join · documented handover
Tabletop or wall controllers start meetings, share content and adjust volume. We document every room, train your IT team, and remain available locally in Hyderabad for support.
03 Room types

| Meeting room | 6–12 | Certified room system, ceiling mic, auto-framing camera |
| Boardroom | 12–24 | Beamforming arrays, QSC DSP, dual displays, speaker tracking |
| Training / town hall | 24+ | Projection or LED, wireless mics, distributed speakers |
04 Hybrid work, done properly
Designed for the person who isn't in the room.
Teams in HITEC City and the Financial District spend much of the day on calls with colleagues in Bengaluru, Europe and the US. In a hybrid meeting, the remote participant's experience is the real test of a room: can they hear the person at the far end of the table, see who is speaking, and read the content being shared?
We design from that seat backwards. Microphone coverage is planned so every chair is within pickup range at a natural speaking level. Cameras frame the active talker instead of a wide shot of the table. Content is shared at full resolution, not filmed off a screen. And the in-room speakers reproduce remote voices clearly at a modest level, so nobody leans in or raises their voice.
The result is fewer "can you repeat that?" moments, shorter meetings and less IT firefighting before important client calls.
05 Commissioning
How we hand over a meeting room.
F1 Acoustic and audio verification Measured, then listened to
We measure the room's reverberation and background noise, then test echo cancellation and microphone coverage with real calls from each seat — including a remote participant on a laptop elsewhere in the building.
F2 Network and platform readiness VLANs · firewall rules · accounts
Room systems need the right firewall ports, quality-of-service settings and resource accounts on Microsoft 365 or Zoom. We work with your IT team so rooms are secured, updated and visible in their management console from day one.
F3 User training and documentation Quick-start cards · as-built drawings
Every room gets a simple quick-start card, and your facilities and IT teams get as-built drawings, equipment lists, IP addresses and warranty records, so the system stays maintainable as staff change.

FAQ · Straight answers
Questions from Hyderabad office teams
01 Why do remote participants struggle to hear people in our boardroom?
Usually because the room is reverberant and the microphones are too far from the talkers. Glass walls, hard floors and long tables reflect sound into the microphones. Ceiling beamforming arrays, DSP with echo cancellation and some acoustic treatment typically fix it.
02 Do you set up Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms?
Yes. We design rooms around certified Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms hardware, or a bring-your-own-device setup where laptops connect to the room camera, microphones and display with one cable or wirelessly.
03 How long does a conference room installation take?
A standard meeting room is typically installed and commissioned in a few days once equipment is on site. Boardrooms with custom acoustics, joinery integration or multiple displays are scheduled around your fit-out programme.
04 Do you work with interior fit-out contractors in Hyderabad offices?
Yes. We coordinate cable routes, ceiling tile cut-outs for microphones and speakers, display backing and power with your fit-out contractor during the build, which is far cheaper than retrofitting.
