H01 / West corridor · Gated triplex villas · G+2 / G+3

Villa automation & private cinemas for Kokapet, Tellapur and Narsingi.

Gated triplex communities west of the Outer Ring Road are mostly built from the ground up — which means the best time to plan your cinema, automation, security and Wi-Fi is before the first coat of plaster. That is where AV Box does its most valuable work.

01 The homes in this corridor

Large villas, long build cycles, one chance to wire it right.

Villas in Kokapet, the Neopolis layout, Tellapur, Narsingi and Mokila are typically 4,000–8,000 sq ft across three or four levels, often with a basement or a stilt floor. Owners usually buy a plot or a shell and build over 12–24 months, working with an architect, a structural engineer and an interior designer.

That timeline is an advantage. Conduits, speaker back boxes, network drops and automation bus cable cost very little when laid with the electrical work — and a great deal when added after Italian marble and veneer panelling are installed. We join the project at drawing stage and stay until the last scene is programmed.

02 Engineering challenges we solve here

K1

Pre-plastering conduit coordination

We issue marked drawings to your electrical contractor showing every conduit, back box and pull-box for speakers, projector, network, cameras, door phones and KNX bus, then inspect before plastering so nothing is missed.

Basement and terrace Atmos rooms

Basements give the isolation a 7.2.4 or 9.2.6 cinema loves, but need damp-proofing, fresh-air planning and quiet ducting. Terrace cinemas need roof insulation and attention to rain noise on the slab.

K3

Multi-slab Wi-Fi with EDN

Three or four RCC slabs make a single router useless. We place ceiling access points per floor, including basement and terrace, all on CAT6A back to one rack with seamless roaming.

K4

Outdoor Ajax curtain security

Open plots near the ORR and new layouts with sparse neighbours benefit from outdoor detection along the compound wall, curtain detectors on large sliders and a gate video door phone.

Working with your architect and builder

Most villas in this corridor are designed by an architect with a separate interior designer. We share a services drawing early so false-ceiling levels, cove details and joinery leave room for speakers, projectors, curtain motors and access points.

From the Gachibowli Experience Center, Kokapet is about 15 minutes and Tellapur about 20, so site inspections during construction are quick to schedule — usually timed with your electrical, false-ceiling and handover milestones.

See the Kokapet 7.2.4 basement cinema project for how this comes together.

Questions Hyderabad homeowners ask us

01 When should I contact AV Box during villa construction in Kokapet or Tellapur?

Ideally when your architect is finalising electrical drawings, and at the latest before plastering. That is when conduits for speakers, network, cameras and automation can be laid at minimal cost.

02 Is a basement good for a home theater?

Yes, basements are usually the best location for a dedicated cinema because the surrounding earth and slab help isolate sound. They need damp-proofing, fresh-air ventilation and a quiet AC design.

03 Do you serve Mokila and the Narsingi side of the ORR?

Yes. We regularly work across Kokapet, Neopolis, Narsingi, Tellapur, Mokila and nearby gated communities, all within easy reach of our Gachibowli Experience Center.

04 What does whole-villa automation cost in this corridor?

As an indicative guide, a G+2 or G+3 villa with lighting, curtains, HVAC and scenes on KNX or a hybrid system is roughly ₹4.5–12 lakhs or more, depending on circuits, DALI dimming and the number of motorized curtains.
